Coronet Peak Night Skiing

Experience the thrill of night skiing at Coronet Peak on Wednesday evening, where the slopes come alive under the lights. Whether you're a seasoned skier or simply looking to soak in the unique atmosphere, this is an unforgettable way to experience Queenstown’s alpine beauty after dark.

Please note that this is a fully self-arranged activity. If you choose to participate, you will be responsible for organising your own return transport, hiring any necessary gear, and purchasing your lift pass. These are not included or arranged by the organising committee.

Coronet Peak Sightseeing 

Join us for a breathtaking trip to Coronet Peak on Wednesday, 13 August, where you can experience the magic of Queenstown’s alpine landscape.

We’ll provide transport to the base building, where you can explore the snow - without skiing - before riding the Coronet Peak gondola to the summit. Take in the stunning sunset views from the peak—an unforgettable way to end the day!

Coach transport and sightseeing lift pass for the Coronet Peak gondola is included. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the Coronet Peak base station.

Please note: this social event is for non-skiers only.

Welcome Reception

The welcome cocktail function will be held on Thursday, 14 August 2025, onsite at our conference venue, the Millennium Hotel Queenstown.

Join fellow delegates immediately following the final session on this ASDP Members-only Day for a casual cocktail reception. Tickets to the Welcome Reception are included in the Full Conference Registrations and Thursday or Friday Day Registrations.

Delegates not attending Thursday and other guests are welcome to purchase tickets. The evening will commence at 5.30 pm concluding at 7:00pm. The rest of the evening is at your leisure.


Thursday Evening Social Event

Following the Welcome Reception on Thursday, delegates have the opportunity to join an optional social event for a truly memorable Queenstown experience. 

Book a ticket to ride the iconic Skyline Gondola, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Wakatipu, and enjoy a delightful dinner at the summit. 

This is a fantastic chance to network with fellow attendees in a relaxed and scenic setting. Don’t miss this special evening!

Trainee & ECC Dinner

Trainees and Early Career Consultants are invited to attend a networking dinner at SODA after the Welcome Reception on Thursday, 14 August 2025. This dinner is open to member and non-member trainees and early career consultants.

Tickets are available for $105 (NZD) per person for a 3.5 courses set menu. Beverages are available for purchase separately.

Conference Dinner
