ASDP has reserved a number of rooms from Tuesday, 12 August to Sunday, 17 August 2025 at the Millennium Hotel Queenstown and the Copthorne Hotel and Resort Queenstown Lakefront and these are available to registered conference delegates at discounted rates. Additional nights before or after the conference are available on request.

Cancellation

Discounted conference accommodation bookings at the Millennium Hotel Queenstown and Copthorne Hotel and Resort Queenstown Lakefront are facilitated through the Millennium Hotel online booking process and are subject to the conference and hotel's cancellation policies.  

Cancellations after 31 July 2025 must be received in writing to annualmeeting@asdp.au. Please note that cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

The Observatory restaurant is open daily for breakfast from 6.30 am to 10 am with a variety of menu options to suit your needs. Whether it’s just a coffee on the run or our big breakfast to set you up for the day, the friendly team will get your day off to a good start.
For those that just want to hide away and relax in the comfort of your own room, our in-room dining menu provides the full restaurant and bar offering delivered straight to your door.

The Orbus public bus service offers a convenient and cost-effective option and buses run to and from the Queenstown Airport every 15 minutes throughout day from 6 am.
