The welcome cocktail function will be held on Monday, 12 May 2025, onsite at our conference venue, the Country Club Tasmania.

The evening will commence at 6.00 pm, concluding at 8.00 pm. The rest of the evening is at your leisure.

Technical Demonstrations - Poatina

Dive into hands-on learning on the field day at the picturesque Poatina, where delegates will have the unique opportunity to test and explore advanced water monitoring and measuring equipment in a real-world setting. 

Set against the picturesque backdrop of Tasmania’s waterways, this interactive session combines practical experience with expert guidance, offering insights into cutting-edge techniques and technologies.

Trevallyn Power Station and Dam Visit

This guided tour offers delegates a behind-the-scenes look at one of Tasmania’s key hydroelectric facilities, showcasing its vital role in sustainable energy production. 

Learn about the innovative technologies and processes that drive this impressive operation while exploring the stunning natural surroundings of the South Esk River.
