Registration Inclusions

Full conference registration:

Full conference registration pricing (early bird or standard) includes tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner as well as all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and a ticket to the offsite regatta or Travellyn Dam site visits on Thursday. 

The registration fee excludes tickets to the other optional social events.

Day registration:

Day registration includes tickets to all conference sessions and day catering on your selected day. Day registration excludes the Welcome Reception, the Conference Dinner and other social events.

Our main conference venue for the AHA 2025 Conference is the Country Club Tasmania.

Getting There

From Launceston

Country Club Tasmania is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Launceston’s city center. Follow the Midland Highway southbound, then take the exit onto Prospect Vale towards Country Club Avenue. 

Taxis and ride-share services are readily available from the city center for a hassle-free transfer.

From Launceston Airport

The venue is approximately 15 minutes from Launceston Airport. Follow Evandale Road to the Midland Highway, then head north towards Prospect Vale and Country Club Avenue. 

For visitors arriving by air, car rental services and airport shuttles are available for convenient transport. Alternatively, taxis and ride-share services provide a seamless journey straight to the Country Club Tasmania.

Public Transport

Metro Tasmania operates the Route 160 bus, which departs hourly from Elizabeth Street outside Princes Square and arrives directly at the Country Club Casino. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes.

CPD Points / Certificate of Attendance

Certificate of attendance will be provided after the conference. 

Photography

There will be photographs taken throughout the conference and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including the AHA website and on social media. If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience or contact us at events@bmconferences.com.au.

Session Recordings

Registered conference delegates will have access to the session recordings via the OnAIR Virtual Conference Portal a few weeks after the event. Access and login details will be provided after the event.

Social Event Bookings

Stay tuned for more information on additional social events as we plan the conference and its functions. 
The Welcome Reception on Monday, 12 May is onsite at the Country Club Tasmania. 

The Conference Dinner is at Hotel Grand Chancellor Launceston on Tuesday, 13 May 2025. 

Cancellation Policy

Conference
You must notify our Conference Secretariat by email at events@bmconferences.com.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for the Event for any reason. If you have paid a registration fee and you notify AHA Conference Secretariat of a cancellation by email:

(i) more than 15 days prior to the first day of the Event, AHA will refund the registration fee in full less a cancellation fee as determined from time to time.
(ii) less than 15 days prior to the first day of the Event, no refund will be payable by AHA.

You must notify our Conference Secretariat by email at events@bmconferences.com.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for a social function. If you have paid a registration fee for a social function and you notify us of a cancellation by email more than 15 days before that function, AHA will refund the social function registration fee in full. No refunds are available for cancellations within 15 days from the function.

No refunds are available for cancellations of social functions that are included in the registration fee.
