Set amongst 6 hectares of sparkling lagoons and tropical gardens, we welcome you to experience the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast.

With spacious rooms, restaurants and bars, and a resort pool, as well as convenient direct access to Mirage Beach, the Marina Mirage Shopping precinct also provides guests with a wide variety of facilities.

The Resort's 295 rooms boast spaciousness and comfort, starting at 43sqm and feature resort, lagoon or ocean views. Every room includes the Sheraton Signature bed, large LED television, Wi-Fi access, designer furnishings and large opening windows.

Accommodation Information

ASDP has reserved a number of rooms from Wednesday, 21 August to Sunday, 25 August 2024 and these are available to registered conference delegates at discounted rates. Additional nights before or after the conference are available on request.

Mirage Room - $340 per room per night (single, double or twin occupancy) - SOLD OUT

Mirage Room Deluxe - $380 per room per night (single, double or twin occupancy)

Boasting the Gold Coast’s largest room sizes from 43m2, enjoy Sheraton Signature King or 2 double beds, lounge setting and a large marble bathroom with oversized bath. All rooms feature large and wide opening windows to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful resort.

Pre-payment & Cancellation

Discounted conference accommodation bookings at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort are facilitated through the ASDP 2024 Annual Conference registration process and are subject to the conference and hotel's cancellation policies.

Cancellations must be received in writing to annualmeeting@asdp.au. Please note that cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Car park

Valet Parking is available for $40 AUD per car per day. Secure paid parking is available beneath the resort for $20 AUD per car per day. Please note, car parking is not allocated, bay numbers are for reference only.

Parking height limit is 1.97 metres; however, street parking is also available for vehicles over this height.

Wake up to a decadent buffet breakfast or select a dish of your choice from our a la carte menu. For lunch and dinner, enjoy our iconic Seafood Buffet. Overlooking the sparkling lagoons, our reinvigorated seafood experience brings to life the local flavours of our community while highlighting seasonal produce.

Please note, reservations are not required for breakfast. Lunch and dinner reservations are essential.

Airport Transfers

ASDP has organised two airport shuttle services from Gold Coast Airport to the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, our conference venue on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.

A return transfer option is also available on Saturday, 24 August 2024.
