Full conference registration
Full conference registration (early bird, standard or speaker) includes tickets to the Harbour Cruise and Networking Drinks as well as all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Day registration
Day registration includes tickets to all conference sessions and day catering on your selected day. Day registration excludes the Harbour Cruise.
Student registration
Student registration includes tickets to the Networking Drinks (Day 2) as well as all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Student registration excludes the Harbour Cruise.

By Public Transport
Royal Randwick is easily accessible via Sydney’s public transport network:
By Car
Royal Randwick is approximately 15–20 minutes by car from both Sydney CBD and Sydney Airport. Entry is available via Alison Road or Ascot Street.
Parking
Ample paid parking is available on site, including the Ascot Street multi-deck car park (flat rate approx. $10/day on non-race days). Accessible parking spaces are also provided.
By Taxi or Rideshare
Taxi and rideshare services such as Uber have designated drop-off and pick-up zones near the venue entrances. Simply set your destination to “Royal Randwick Racecourse – Alison Road Entrance.”
Full (3-day) conference registrations include access to all official social events, including the Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise and the Sponsor Networking Reception.
Additional tickets for guests or delegates with Student or Single Day registrations can be purchased during the registration process. Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise: $175 per person

You must notify our Conference Secretariat by email at events@bmconferences.com.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for the Event for any reason. If you have paid a registration fee and you notify PNT2026 Conference Secretariat of a cancellation by email:
You must notify our Conference Secretariat by email at events@bmconferences.com.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for a social function. If you have paid a registration fee for a social function and you notify us of a cancellation by email more than 15 days before that function, PNT2026 will refund the social function registration fee in full.
No refunds are available for cancellations within 15 days from the function.
No refunds are available for cancellations of social functions that are included in the registration fee.
