Registration Inclusions

Full conference registration

Full conference registration (early bird, standard or speaker) includes tickets to the Harbour Cruise and Networking Drinks as well as all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Day registration

Day registration includes tickets to all conference sessions and day catering on your selected day. Day registration excludes the Harbour Cruise.

Student registration

Student registration includes tickets to the Networking Drinks (Day 2) as well as all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Student registration excludes the Harbour Cruise.

Our main conference venue for the PNT2026 Conference is the Ballroom at Royal Randwick Racecourse.

Getting There

By Public Transport

Royal Randwick is easily accessible via Sydney’s public transport network:

  • Light Rail: Take the L2 Randwick Line from Circular Quay or Central Station. Disembark at Royal Randwick stop, a short walk to the venue.
  • Bus: Several bus routes service the Randwick area, with stops near the racecourse along Alison Road and Anzac Parade.
  • For trip planning, visit Transport for NSW for real-time schedules and directions.

By Car

Royal Randwick is approximately 15–20 minutes by car from both Sydney CBD and Sydney Airport. Entry is available via Alison Road or Ascot Street.

Parking

Ample paid parking is available on site, including the Ascot Street multi-deck car park (flat rate approx. $10/day on non-race days). Accessible parking spaces are also provided.

By Taxi or Rideshare

Taxi and rideshare services such as Uber have designated drop-off and pick-up zones near the venue entrances. Simply set your destination to “Royal Randwick Racecourse – Alison Road Entrance.”

Certificate of Attendance

Certificate of Attendance will be provided after the conference. 

Photography

There will be photographs taken throughout the conference and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including the APNT/AIN websites and on social media. If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience or contact us at events@bmconferences.com.au.

Social Event Bookings

PNT2026 offers a vibrant social program designed to complement the conference experience and foster valuable networking in a relaxed setting. 

Full (3-day) conference registrations include access to all official social events, including the Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise and the Sponsor Networking Reception.

Additional tickets for guests or delegates with Student or Single Day registrations can be purchased during the registration process. Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise: $175 per person

Cancellation Policy

Conference

You must notify our Conference Secretariat by email at events@bmconferences.com.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for the Event for any reason. If you have paid a registration fee and you notify PNT2026 Conference Secretariat of a cancellation by email:

(i) more than 15 days prior to the first day of the Event, PNT2026 will refund the registration fee in full less a cancellation fee as determined from time to time.
(ii) less than 15 days prior to the first day of the Event, no refund will be payable by PNT2026.

You must notify our Conference Secretariat by email at events@bmconferences.com.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for a social function. If you have paid a registration fee for a social function and you notify us of a cancellation by email more than 15 days before that function, PNT2026 will refund the social function registration fee in full.

No refunds are available for cancellations within 15 days from the function.

No refunds are available for cancellations of social functions that are included in the registration fee.
