Pay It Forward

Support a Student Registration

We’re inviting attendees to support the next generation by sponsoring a student registration. Simply select the Pay it Forward option below to purchase an additional ticket that will be allocated to a student interested in attending the conference.

Students will be invited to apply via a short online form, managed by the AIN PNT Subcommittee. In the event that we receive more sponsored registrations than eligible student applications, we will refund the unused student sponsorships on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pre-Conference Ginan Workshop

Ginan Workshop

The Ginan Team at Geoscience Australia are very pleased to invite the position, navigation and timing (PNT) community to attend the following pre-conference workshop: 

A user guide to Ginan - an open-source solution to precise point positioning (PPP)

The workshop will provide a hands-on experience for participants to install and run the Ginan software (in either a Linux, OSX or Windows environment).

During the Workshop, participants will work through preconfigured YAML configurations including processing a GNSS data example, and (time permitting) learn to develop a configuration file to process their own GNSS data.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the extensive capabilities of this powerful positioning toolkit and understand how Ginan can help you develop new PNT products, services, and techniques.

Participants will be expected to bring their own laptop (no computers provided) and although installation will be covered, participants are encouraged to attempt to install the Ginan software beforehand: https://github.com/GeoscienceAustralia/ginan

Harbour Cruise Dinner

Join us for the PNT2026 Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise on the evening of Day 2 - a highlight of the conference social calendar! 
Enjoy spectacular views of Sydney’s skyline as we cruise the Harbour at sunset, with great food, drinks, and the chance to connect with fellow delegates in a relaxed setting.

  • Time: 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm (approx.)
  • Departure Location: King Street Wharf, Sydney
  • Cost: Included with all full (3-day) registrations. Additional tickets ($175) can be purchased during registration.

Summary

Cancellation Policy
Conference You must notify our Conference Secretariat by email at evens@ain.org.au or events@bmconferences.com.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for the Event for any reason. If you have paid a registration fee and you notify PNT2026 Conference Secretariat of a cancellation by email: (i) more than 15 days prior to the first day of the Event, PNT2026 will refund the registration fee in full less a cancellation fee as determined from time to time. (ii) less than 15 days prior to the first day of the Event, no refund will be payable by PNT2026. You must notify our Conference Secretariat by email at events@ain.org.au or events@bmconferences.com.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for a social function. If you have paid a registration fee for a social function and you notify us of a cancellation by email more than 15 days before that function, PNT2026 will refund the social function registration fee in full. No refunds are available for cancellations within 15 days from the function. No refunds are available for cancellations of social functions that are included in the registration fee.

Payment

You will be directed to the AIN PNT Subcommittee's secure Stripe payment portal under the BM Conferences account to complete your registration.

Please do not close your browser or navigate away during this process.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will be automatically redirected to the Thank You page to confirm your registration.

You will also receive a confirmation email from events@ain.org.au with your Tax Invoice. Please check your spam or junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox, and add the email address to your safe sender's list.
