Support a Student Registration

We’re inviting attendees to support the next generation by sponsoring a student registration. Simply select the Student Registration - Pay it Forward option below to purchase an additional ticket that will be allocated to a student interested in attending the conference.

Students will be invited to apply via a short online form, managed by ACSER/UNSW. In the event that we receive more sponsored registrations than eligible student applications, we will refund the unused student sponsorships on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: - Cancellations must be received in writing to events@bmconferences.com.au. - Cancellations received on or before 11 September 2025 will be accepted and a full refund of the registration cost will be provided. -Cancellations received after 11 September 2025 and on or before 18 September 2025 will be accepted and a refund of 50% of the registration cost will be provided. - No refunds are available for cancellations received after 18 September 2025.
