ASDP 2025 Conference Registration

The 2025 ASDP Annual Conference will be held on 14 - 16 August 2025 at the Millennium Hotel Queenstown, New Zealand, as a face-to-face event. 

This year's theme is Wellbeing: Speaking Well | Thinking Well | Being Well.

Welcome Reception

We would like to invite all people attending the ASDP 2025 Conference to join us at the Welcome Reception on Thursday, 14 August 2025. This event will be a casual meet and greet event onsite at the conference venue, including canapes and beverages. 

Tickets to the Welcome Reception are included in the full, 3-day registrations and Thursday-inclusive registrations. If you've booked one of these options, you'll see your inclusive ticket below.

If you have not booked one of the inclusive registration packages, tickets for this social event are available for purchase at an extra cost. Guests are welcome.

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner is held on Friday, 15 August 2025 and offers participants a chance to enjoy delicious food in a relaxed setting while getting to know each other and making new connections outside the main conference environment. Our dinner venue is the Bazaar Restaurant at the QT Hotel in Queenstown.

This is a ticketed event with a limited number of places, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Extra tickets may be purchased for guests if desired.  

Tickets include transfers to and from the dinner venue.

Sunset at Coronet Peak - Wednesday, 13 August 2025

Join us for a breathtaking trip to Coronet Peak, where you can take in the magic of Queenstown’s alpine landscape.

We’ll provide transport to the Coronet Peak base building, where you can explore the snow—without skiing—before riding the gondola to the summit. From there, enjoy stunning sunset views over the mountains—an unforgettable way to end the day!

This package includes coach transport and a sightseeing lift pass for the Coronet Peak gondola. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the base building.

Please note: this event is for non-skiers only. 

If you’d like to take part in Coronet Peak Night Skiing, you’ll need to arrange your return ski transport, lift pass, and any required gear hire separately.

Cancellation by you: You must notify ASDP by email at annualmeeting@asdp.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for the Event for any reason. If you have paid a registration fee and you notify ASDP of a cancellation by email: (i) more than 15 days prior to the first day of the Event, ASDP will refund the registration fee in full less a cancellation fee as determined from time to time. (ii) less than 15 days prior to the first day of the Event, no refund will be payable by ASDP You must notify ASDP by email at annualmeeting@asdp.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for a social function. If you have paid a registration fee for a social function and you notify ASDP of a cancellation by email more than 15 days before that function, ASDP will refund the social function registration fee in full. No refunds are available for cancellations within 15 days from the function. Accommodation As ASDP facilitates booking of accommodation for the Event, cancellations in whole or part may incur a penalty at the supplier’s discretion under the terms of the supplier’s cancellation policy. You must notify ASDP by email at annualmeeting@asdp.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your accommodation booking for the Event for any reason. If you have paid the accommodation fee and you notify ASDP of a cancellation by email: (i) more than 14 days prior to the first day of your booked arrival date, the Hotel will refund the accommodation fee in full if prepaid, less a cancellation fee as determined from time to time. (ii) accommodation cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date are charged at 100% of the booked accommodation.
